Frankel is a founding partner of the firm.   He was born in New Hyde Park, New York, on July 9, 1965.   He was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 1990, and the New York State bar and the bar of the District of Columbia in 1991.   Mr. Frankel is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.   Mr. Frankel graduated with a B.A. with Honors from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1987, and received his J.D. with Honors from The George Washington University Law School in 1990. He is a member of the Bronx County Bar Association (Member, Judiciary Committee), the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.   Mr. Frankel’s law practice includes Civil and Commercial Litigation, Trial Practice; Personal Injury law, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Insurance Law, Subrogation, and Securities Arbitration. Sussman is a founding partner of the firm.   He was born in Westchester, New York, on November 23, 1961.   He was admitted to New Jersey bar in 1986 and the New York State bar in 1987. Mr. Sussman is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.   Mr. Sussman graduated with a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in 1983, and received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, New Jersey in 1986. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.   Mr. Sussman’s law practice includes Securities Arbitration, Employment Law, Securities Regulation, and Commercial Litigation.
